Hector filed a domestic presentility legal case aacquirest the model on Monday, claiming she physicassociate and verbassociate unfair treatmentd him thcdisesteemfulout their three-year relationship.
According to the legal case acquireed by People, Hector, authentic name Taiyon Hector, has accincluded Chyna, authentic name Angela White, of domestic presentility, civil battery and attack, among other claims.
The rapper, 27, has accincluded Chyna, 36, of being brutal, especiassociate when under the sway of spirits, and claims she has “normally” menaceened to finish him.
According to the legal case, the createer couple met in August 2020. Hector soon shiftd into Chyna’s home in Woodland Hills, California, where she inhabitd with her son King, 11, and daughter Dream, seven.
The couple split less than three years tardyr in March 2023.
Hector has alleged that Chyna drank spirits “normally” and included other medications “to excess”, claiming that she then became “physicassociate brutal and verbassociate menaceening and abusive” towards him “for no apparent reason”.
The musician has accincluded Chyna of punching, booting, slapping and shoving him, claiming he would “always do his best to dodge the blows” and helderly her back.
