Despite some speculation online, Taylor Swift’s involvement in Deadpool & Wolverine – as either Lady Deadpool or Dazzler – has been debunked. If there’s not some serious misdirection going on here, that’s probably a firm no. On the other hand, Blake Lively, the other most likely candidate for Lady Deadpool, was the basis for the character’s design in the comics, as creator Rob Liefeld confirmed in 2022. The pair are friends, but it’s definitely Blake whose behind that mask… isn’t it?

Will Yoda appear in The Acolyte? And if so, how should his cameo be handled?
Yoda should make an appearance in The Acolyte, given his importance to the Jedi and that he would only be 764 years old. If he does, his cameo should be handled with respect to his legacy and hinting his leadership. I’d hate for a brief, fan-service moment, Yoda’s appearance should serve a meaningful purpose. Maybe he could offer wisdom to a struggling Jedi or provide crucial guidance in a pivotal moment. Of course, his presence shouldn’t overshadow the main characters but it should a speak to his importance as a Jedi Master.
Should Michael Keaton really limit his screentime in Beetlejuice 2?
Some of the most impressive and memorable movie performances of all time depend on the art of deception. You almost never see the Xenomorph in Alien, or Bruce the shark in Jaws. Michael Keaton says he would only have returned to Beetlejuice Beetlejuice if he was allowed as little screen-time as he had in the original (a tiny 17 minutes). He’s right to limit it: too much of a good thing spoils it, and the danger with a belated sequel is always that things are pushed too far for easy pay offs. Keaton’s Betelgeuse is incredibly good fun, but it’s not his film, and the less he’s involved, the bigger his impact.

Once again, Rian Johnson has assembled one of the most star-studded casts for another whodunnit caper in Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery. Joining Daniel Craig in his return as Benoit Blanc are Josh O’Connor, Glenn Close, Josh Brolin, Mila Kunis, Jeremy Renner, Kerry Washington, Andrew Scott, Cailee Spaeny, Daryl McCormack and Thomas Haden Church. Which anime series do you feel are the most underrated?
Though industry titans like Dragon Ball Z, Demon Slayer, and One Piece commonly dominate fan conversations about anime, the medium is truly massive. Every year, a handful of great anime series are swept under the rug. For me, the anime series more people should be discussing is Sonny Boy. A beautifully animated deconstruction of the isekai genre, Sonny Boy definitely deserved a bigger fandom. Which anime series do you think deserved more attention than they got?
